Event Overview

Buck Camp is a weekend outdoor retreat hosted by the Buck Bedard Outdoor Foundation at Dunton Ranch from Friday, March 20 through Sunday, March 22. MUST RSVP by March 1^st.

The purpose of Buck Camp is to:

• Bring families and individuals together in a relaxed outdoor environment
• Help people feel more confident and comfortable outdoors
• Offer optional classes that are educational but approachable
• Create a fun, welcoming weekend focused on community

Attendance:

• Families and individuals of all experience levels
• No attendance fee — all food, snacks, and programming are covered by the foundation

Lodging & Amenities:

• Most attendees will stay in tents
• Guests MUST bring their own tent & bedding
• 1–2 large, shared tents will be available for those comfortable sharing
• Porta potties will be available
• Five shared cabin rooms will be available for purchase (see below for more details)
• If a guest wishes to bring a Camper Trailer, there is room for them to do so

Arrival & Departure:

• Friday arrival window: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Those interested in having more help with tent set up are highly encouraged to arrive by 4pm.
• Sunday departure by 12:00 PM

Cabin Rooms Available for Rent (these are available on a first come first, first serve basis):

• $250 total for both Friday and Saturday nights
• 3 rooms available that sleep 2 each
• 2 rooms available that sleep up to 4 each
• If you only have 2 people, you must reserve a 2-person room, unless none are available
• Reservation can only be made with payment. Click below to process payment.

Feral Hog Hunt:

• BBOF will be selling raffle tickets for $20.00 each, at a chance to go on a Feral Hog Hunt. Winner will be drawn 1 week in advance. Winner will need to be prepared to transport meat to the butcher. BBOF will assist in breakdown, quartering, and assisting on hunt.
